pak68 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pak68 shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pak68's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
pak68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pak68 will provide reasonable advance notice to Users via email notification to the registered address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform.
Your continued use of the pak68 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 16.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of it being raised with pak68 support, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak68 is licensed. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
You may close your pak68 Account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance in your Account (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
